Burgundy Morgan’s practice focuses on all aspects of the entertainment industry, including copyright and trademark issues, production contracts, distribution contracts, publishing contracts, recording contracts, rights and clearances/due diligence, master use and synchronization licenses, and other entertainment industry agreements.  Ms. Morgan is also well versed in business formation and organization matters for Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships, including drafting commercial, corporate and information technology agreements.
