Don Tringali specializes in business transactions and advisory services for individuals and companies in the entertainment industry, including new business ventures, finance agreements, co-productions, joint ventures, and finding solutions for complex situations. In addition to practicing law as a corporate/entertainment attorney, Don has run media companies and executed many successful corporate transactions as a principal. He also has served as a mediator of disputes involving complex legal and entertainment industry issues.

Don is also an Adjunct Professor of law at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he teaches advanced contract drafting and negotiation.
